India shreds Pakistan’s narrative on Kashmir as falsehood and lies at the UN.

Indian representative to the UN, Syed Akbaruddin, issues strong warning to Pakistan at the UN meet as he shreds the allegations of Pakistan on Jammu and Kashmir. India’s neighbour Pakistan has left no stone unturned to use Kashmir propaganda globally and malign India since its move to abrogate Article 370 that took away the special status given to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Indian government has changed the statehood of Jammu and Kashmir and bifurcated into two Union Territories. Following the move, the Kashmir valley had been heavily deployed with Indian armies and the internet services were also withheld for over two months.

India had appealed that “normalcy” has been reinstated in the region as people go about their business after months of curfew. Pakistan had created a narrative against this and used the UN platform on a number of times, to target and corner India on the Kashmir crisis over the months.

The Indian envoy to the UN has issued a strict warning to its neighbour to stop spreading falsehoods as unlike Pakistan, India does not “epitomise the dark arts”. India has also condemned the UN to look out for the terror that Pakistan spews out than into its false allegations.

The issue of Kashmir has put India on its forefront globally as its neighbour looks to use it for political vendetta. India has also urged the UN to evolve and reform to tackle global issues and security in the 21st century.
