Belinda Balluku, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of Albania, was received by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of UAE.
The two sides spoke at length about their friendship and the potential for bilateral collaboration in a range of areas, including trade, development, and the exchange of government knowledge. In Abu Dhabi, the meeting was held.
They also discussed the consequences of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah’s working visit to the Republic of Albania in April and how it helped to advance the chances of bilateral cooperation between the two nations in all areas.
Belinda Balluku and H.H. Sheikh Abdullah also spoke on the two nations’ cooperation in the energy and environmental fields, particularly as the UAE gets ready to host COP28 at Expo City Dubai later this year.
According to the statement, the UAE is eager to host the entire globe at COP28 and to collaborate with all stakeholders in search of outcomes that are fair, ambitious, and inclusive as a hopeful legacy for future generations.
The two parties discussed a variety of matters of shared interest.
Belinda Balluku’s visit was welcomed by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah, and he emphasised the significance of the relationship between the UAE and Albania as well as the UAE’s desire to further grow and enhance it at various levels.
