Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu met the other world leaders – President of the USA Donald Trump, the former Chancellor of Germany, Ms. Angela Merkel, the President of Kenya, Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta and the President of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan – at the Banquet hosted by the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, in Paris, France, on November 10, 2018, to mark the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, which the Allies and Germany signed in 1918 to end World War I.
