US Vice President set to embark on four nation visit

US Vice President Mike Pence will be embarking on a four nation visit. He will be travelling to Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Japan from November 11 to 18 to represent President Donald Trump.

The Vice President of the USA will be in Singapore the following week in order to represent Trump at ASEAN Summit. On November 17 to 18, he will be in Papua New Guinea to attend the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation meetings. The Vice President, who will also be visiting Australia and Japan, will be meeting Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrisson, Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Papua New Guinea’s Prime Minister Peter O’Neill and Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

National Security Advisor John Bolton will join Mike Pence for the US-ASEAN Summit, East Asia Summit and APEC meetings.
